When you are finished entering the names of your students in the seating chart, click on the "done" button.  Feel free to move the tardy, absent, and edit buttons if you feel it is necessary.

To enter a new assignment on all cards in the class, click on the "add assignment" button.  This will give you two dialog boxes:  the first will allow you to type in the assignment name and the second allows you to assign points to it.  Type in the appropriate name and enter information on points and the rest will be automatic.
